LITTLE HANDS BIG DREAMS
SCAD Serve VS SOS Children's Villages Greece

PRE-PRODUCTION

During the project's foundational phase, we developed two distinct concepts for the video. After meeting with Lina Vaianou, the Fundraising Director of SOS Children's Villages in Athens, we were challenged to merge these two ideas. This challenge gave birth to a new concept: Small Hands, Big Dreams.' We then refined our storyboards and crafted a cohesive pitch that visually maps how children's small beginnings can lead to powerful futures.

BRAND APPROVAL

With the client’s input and enthusiastic support, ‘Little Hands, Big Dreams’ became the heart of the campaign.


The approved 60-second video was designed as a symbolic journey, from playful childhood moments to adult achievements, illustrating how SOS nurtures children to discover their passions. Authentic and emotionally resonant, the concept invited audiences not only to donate but to feel as though they are part of the story.

PRE-PRODUCTION

From there, our team created the production blueprint. We developed a detailed shot list, outlined all logistical requirements and created a comprehensive schedule to ensure the creative vision was executed with precision.

PRODUCTION

The story of Little Hands, Big Dreams came to life across Athens. Guided by SOS Children's Villages, we filmed at locations provided by partners, including JetSims (flight simulation), Evita Zimali (voiceover actress), Eleni Kotsifa (pediatrician), LSA Luxury Properties, and Verita International School. To ensure authenticity, we also filmed with the children at the SOS Village, weaving genuine moments into every frame. Simultaneously, we produced a process video for SCADServe.

POST - PRODUCTION

The creative journey continued even after we left Greece, as we entered the final phase of post-production. We began to build the video layer by layer: original music was composed, edits were perfected, sound design was sculpted, and the visuals were enhanced with color.

FINAL COMMERCIAL

This video isn’t just content; it’s a powerful tool for change. Designed to raise both awareness and funding, the story reaches audiences on a human level, showcasing the quiet strength of love and belonging that SOS Children's Villages provides.
